By the sea shore

Next stop on our trip was Jervis Bay. The colours of the ocean, the sand and the scrub were absolutely incredible. We wandered around town and did a boat tour of the bay. The guides gave us a few fun facts about the place (many of which I'm sure are somewhat less than true). My favourite was that the guy the town Huskisson was named for, was an important English fellow who was the first person ever to be killed by a train. At a ceremony to celebrate a new steam train line, he walked onto the track without looking both ways, and that was the end of him. Look both ways kids!
